Introducing Peter Wu

Peter officially joined the Phomo family today, on 31st March 2018 as our new Executive Head Chef. He has a strong background in both traditional and contemporary Vietnamese cuisine, previously owning his own successful Vietnamese restaurant (Hem Nine Nine) and food truck (Mama Linh's Vietnamese). His broad culinary experience has also taken him to work among some great brands such as Chef’s Gallery, Mejico, Kid Kyoto and Portside Sydney Opera House. So we’re thrilled to have him on board and looking forward in bringing his creative flare to Barangaroo.
